Marketing Engagement Specialist

Ninti One is an Indigenous, Supply Nation registered, not-for-profit organisation that aims to build opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Engagement Specialist to support business growth through engagement, communications, and marketing activities.

• Coordinate tender proposals and client communications to foster strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement social media content strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to drive business development initiatives.
• Manage and maintain Ninti's image library and general marketing systems files and folders.
• Support website updates and online presence management.
• Conduct research on potential partners, clients, and opportunities to enhance pipeline management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in social media platforms, and have experience in marketing and business development.
