**About the Role**:
We currently have an exciting new role for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Trend Brands team in Melbourne Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will execute all marketing strategies within the ANZ marketplace. Providing support across retail, wholesale and digital this role is integral to ensuring the brand voice is heard in line with the brands Global DNA. With a clear focus on social media this role will set the tone of voice for consumers across the marketplace.
Brand social media & Content
- Execute brands social media and content strategy.
- Manage all activities and performance on our social platforms, i.e., Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
- Plan, schedule and execute creative content that is engaging and relatable while meeting our brand vision/ This includes in-house content, styling videos, educational videos, long-form videos to tell stories, plus other ideas you bring to the table
- Develop strategies for collaborations with existing and new potential brands and influencers that will grow the brands reach and following
- Manage, style and capture content during photoshoots, including ‘Behind the Scenes’ content. Work collaboratively with in house creative agency.
- Push post notifications after business hours on Instagram
- Analysis of top competitors and idea generation from various industries
- Report on social media performance
Wholesale & Retail
- Work collaboratively with direct-to-consumer team to assist with relevant marketing content/assets for digital and physical Go to market requirements.
- Co-ordinate and partner with wholesale marketing teams to bring to life brand stories within multi-branded retail spaces.
- Support wholesale partners conferences and GTM meetings on a seasonal basis
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:
- Passionate about the Trend Brands, Marketing, Consumers, and social media.
- Must be creative, strategic, analytical, innovative and a problem-solver.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, outlook, and word. Design skills are a plus but not essential.
- Strong Copywriting skills.
- Ability to work autonomously but take direction from multiple stakeholders.
- Confident presenting in front of small to large internal teams.
- Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
