Our client’s business is growing, they are seeking an entry-level Customer Service/Sales Support Assistant in either a **full-time/part-time or casual** capacity to join its friendly, professional customer service and sales support team located in the beautiful **Byron Bay**.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build on their customer service/sales/administration experience in a supportive and thriving workplace. Using the best software and systems, you will become skilled in various accounting, e-commerce, and inventory technologies.

All you need is the right attitude, a high level of customer service and communication skills plus the ability to pick up internal computer systems.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Take incoming calls and liaise with customers in relation to their requirements
- Oversee claims process
- Assisting with sales for specific lighting jobs and for customers in the showroom
- Liaising with suppliers about customer orders
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

**We are looking for**:

- You have energy, drive and love to help customers
- Proven solid experience in Customer Service or Administration requiring excellent organisational and time management skills
- Thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Understanding of MSOffice and ability to pick up databases
