**Greek-Speaking Support Worker (Melbourne North-East Region)**

Are you a compassionate individual with a passion for helping others? Do you speak Greek fluently? We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the North-East Melbourne region.

**A little about us**
My Holistic Care has provided in-home care, support and nursing services for nearly 6 years. We deliver services for people through the NDIS (disability support) and My Aged Care (Home Care Packages). We work across Metro Melbourne, Greater Geelong, the Mornington Peninsula and Adelaide.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship
- Communicate effectively in Greek to support clients’ needs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Greek and English
- Previous experience in aged care or disability support is preferred
- A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to client well-being
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current police check and working with children check (or willingness to obtain)
