This role will help to deliver a range of services to NDIS participants and Age Care consumers in their own homes and in the community in the Northern and Western suburbs or Melbourne. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building meaningful connections and nurture others. You will be leading the way with assisting individuals to achieve their goals, becoming more independent or continue to live at home, some of the tasks your support with may include:

- Personal care such as showering support, toileting, dressing etc.
- Domestic duties such as vacuuming, mopping, linen change, laundry, dusting, cleaning toilets and bathrooms or meal preparation
- Accessing community to complete shopping, attend medical appointments or be part of community activities
- Transport participants in your car into the community
- Skill development to make new friend or look for work
- Collaboration with support networks

You will need to have:

- Good communication skills and can follow instructions well
- Relevant experience is preferred
- Willing to learn new skills, with ability to adapt to needs of participants
- Certificate III Individual Support or IV Disability Support (or equivalent)
- A valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Working with Children’s Check
- NDIS Screen Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
