**Restaurant Coordinator**

**Location: Main Ridge, Mornington Peninsula**

**Position**:Restaurant Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Coordinator to manage a signature restaurant in the Main Ridge area, where stunning beaches, breathtaking scenery, and renowned wineries create an ideal work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee and coordinate all operations during the day or dinner shifts.**:

- **Ensure smooth and efficient service, maintaining high standards in food and beverage operations.**:

- **Manage a team of 8-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional guest experiences.**:

- **Collaborate with management to implement strategies for operational excellence and continuous improvement.**

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

A passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences.

**Salary: Fully negotiable based on experience.**
