Sales & Marketing Coordinator

**Location: Brisbane Northside (Southside office opening soon)**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to join our growing team. This role combines **sales, marketing, and customer service** with business development — all while contributing to a bigger purpose.

Unlike many businesses, we are driven by more than just growth. A portion of profits from every sale directly supports **animal rescues**, meaning your work will not only create opportunities but also provide vital resources for animals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate, manage, and convert leads into new business opportunities and sales.
- Provide exceptional **customer service**, ensuring every client receives professional, friendly, and timely support.
- Assist with sales across a **diverse range of offerings** — from **manufacturing trailers**, to **pre-paid funeral arrangements**, **pet care plans and Finance deals**.
- Support **marketing and awareness campaigns for partnered animal rescues**, boosting their visibility and community support.
- Contribute to website updates, promotional material, and sales campaigns.
- Develop engaging sales and marketing collateral with a **designer's eye for detail**.
- Use CRM systems (e.g. **HubSpot**) to track leads, manage pipelines, and streamline communication.
- Collaborate with leadership and adjoining businesses to implement sales and growth strategies.

About You:

- Proven experience in **sales, marketing, or business development**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Knowledge of marketing tools, social media, or website management.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to manage leads and opportunities.
- **Finance background will be a bonus**, especially in helping clients with tailored solutions.
- Creative, goal-oriented, and confident working both independently and in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is highly desirable
