About the Role (your why)
As Contracts Manager, you’ll provide commercial and contractual support to our Federal Government customer base. You’ll be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or managing contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners. You will work with the sales and service teams, as well as the legal department, to structure contracts. In addition, you will analyse contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements.
This role can be Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide or Melbourne based. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best

What you’ll do

**As Contracts Manager you will look after**:

- Contract Management
- Contract formation, review & negotiation
- Develop, build and facilitate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and Track Financials.

We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.

What you’ll bring
You’ll have exceptional knowledge of Managed Services (outsourcing) Contract Management, preferably with hands on experience with Federal Government contracts. You will bring at least 5 years’ experience from a similar commercial or contract management position. It is imperative that you are self-driven, proactive and highly analytical, with strong negotiation skills. You will have a sound ability to interrupt contract clauses and references; and you will strive to consistently deliver outcomes to meet customer expectations.
