We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The position is permanent, full time based in Kewdale, WA.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Manage, lead and oversee our customer service team.
- Manage the daily activities of the team and business to drive financial performance.
- Maximize the team’s service and selling activities by effective management and delegation.
- Formulate and review the policies of the business through assessment of customers and internal feedback from the employees.
- Discuss performance of staff members, sales, new orders, and sale trends during management meetings.
- Plan and prepare work schedules as per orders. Ensure quality of goods is maintained for customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring consistent improvement in business services and performance by resolving internal/external issues
- Managing and motivating staff through evaluating and providing feedback on performances by discussing problems observed
- Assist HR in recruitment and train and mentor team members where necessary.
- Monitor the business services to ensure smooth operations and efficiency of service provided.
- Analyze the customer feedback and implement corrective measures where applicable. Monitoring recorded phone calls, providing guidance to employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Co ordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely dispatching and delivery of goods.
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are implemented and adhered to
- Implements productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Relevant Australian qualification or overseas equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service management
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong work ethics
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and grow a team.
- Ability to create, plan, monitor and execute action plans.
- Strong understanding of business goals and management
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Experience in similar business settings is preferred
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
