Now, we're looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to join our welcoming, energetic team at the largest storage facility in the southern hemisphere. Waterloo is the size of a city block

About the Role:

As a Full-Time Store Manager, you'll play a key role in our centre's success. Working with a positive, team-focused environment, you'll manage 7 assistant managers and help customers find the right solution for their storage needs and manger the property

Your day-to-day might include:

  • Providing outstanding face-to-face customer service
  • Supporting new inbound customer enquiries
  • Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming centre
  • Contributing to team goals and store performance
  • Working a flexible seven-day rotating roster (with your life outside work in mind- no early mornings or late nights).

  • Has previous Leadership experience in customer service or sales
  • Motivation to grow and develop both personally and professionally
  • Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-first culture
  • Is proactive, positive and solutions-focused
