**Your purpose**

As a Farm Source Service Centre Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for a range of milk scheduling, collection, quality, transactional and relationship issues, ensuring the satisfaction of the supplier base by appropriately managing issues with internal business partners. Key responsibilities:

- Liaising with key internal stakeholders across various parts of the business to ensure supplier milk information is complete and up to date
- Responding to inbound calls by creating and managing Salesforce cases related to milk collection queries, digital support, milk payments, and general farmer enquiries and complaints
- Plan the collection of all farm milk, meeting all HACCP and legislative requirements, while ensuring that all company vehicles and drivers are scheduled in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible
- Managing outbound calls related to open cases, including milk quality support, on-farm hygiene issues, grading queries, food safety issues, and milk quality and Farm Source field related queries promptly
- Prepare reports on customer activity and feedback as required

**About you**
- Prior planning experience within a similar supply chain environment will be highly regarded
- Ability to analyse data outputs and make changes in the moment
- Ability to pick up and work with multiple systems - proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously
