Partnering with the Property and Commercial Manager, you will assist in overseeing daily operations and management of the property portfolio and commercial contracts including:

- Assisting in coordinating contractors, vendors, and pre-service delivery activities to ensure timely and quality maintenance and service
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records, such as work orders, budgets, occupancy reports, invoices, and lease documentation
- Supporting as needed for the branch operation managers
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation to ensure timely completion of financial tasks
- Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and insurance standards across the portfolio
- Addressing internal inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of stakeholder service
- Developing and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders
- Assisting with managing operational and capital expenditure budgets for properties
- Managing minor works projects and support the property and commercial manager in overseeing larger capital works projects

Key to this role is strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all stakeholders. Ideally, you will possess experience in a similar role plus:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and financial administration tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the Property Manager and other teams
