**Service Planners** are the core of our business, working directly with our participants to support their unique and changing needs through the assessment, coordination and monitoring of treatment, care, and support services.

The LSA is growing as participant numbers increase, so our need for experienced case management professionals to support and coordinate the planning of participant services is also growing.

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) is looking to fill short-term and ongoing positions in our **Service Planning team**, in the roles of **Service Planner.**

You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and connected team of dedicated professionals in an organisation committed to supporting your individual professional development, as together we support our participants.

**The experience we are looking for**

To be successful in our position you will have:

- a deep understanding of acquired disabilities and how these can affect a person in more than just a physical way.
- have a warm and positive nature with the ability to stay calm under You will also be resilient and open minded, empathetic and respectful of participant choices.
- strong administrative, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to ensure documentation and records are accurately maintained.

**Remuneration**

AHP2 ($88,255 - $102,240) + Superannuation

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work may be required, including at times Public Holidays and the Christmas and New Year period.
- Travel to health and community facilities, participants’ homes, intrastate and interstate may be required.
