**What this opportunity involves**:
The Assistant Workplace Manager assists with the day-to-day management (BAU) of all operational and financial aspects of Telstra workplace environments and vendor management for assigned locations which may include office, depot, warehouse & retail locations.
A snapshot of the role;
Telstra BU liaison with heavy focus on customer service & experience. This includes conducting meetings at set cadence with stakeholders including client contacts for nominated sites
Monitoring and managing of vendors, such as cleaning, handyman, HVAC services to ensure that standards are maintained across the assigned portfolio
Undertake cleaning and regular building inspections and contractor performance evaluations against contract requirements and raise work orders via Corrigo
Assist with compliance management in relation to vendor managed functions (e.g. maintenance and cleaning)
Provide continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis and Telstra BU feedback
Processing of invoices in accordance with specific limits of authority, governance and Corrigo
Assist with the co-ordination of the annual property budget process
