Our Supervisors provide services in home, clinic, and community settings - providing a range of assessments, reports, and the development/implementation of Behaviour Support Plans. Supervisors are an integral part of our team structure here at National 360. Whilst you'll be responsible for clinical supervision, our therapists will look to you for support and guidance when it comes to "non-clinical" elements of their role. Whether you're helping your therapists identify their Professional Development goals or working with them on effective caseload management - you're their first line of support and will play a crucial part in nurturing their career You'll form part of a national team but will be able to split your time between the community, home or from one of our Victorian offices. We're lucky enough to have both Conor and Lorraine there to support and guide you. With extensive experience in both the UK and Australia, they're a wealth of knowledge for therapists looking to grow professionally. We're constantly finding ways to expand our knowledge and we understand the importance of constant learning, not just on the job, but also through tailored, individual coaching for each therapist. We're able to achieve this with a 3:1 Therapist to Supervisor ratio, and with our Clinical Practice Advisor (CPA) structure. When you join us, you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, increasing your understanding of holistic approaches to therapy.
