**What You will Do**

Client-centred Support: Provide individualised behavioural and psycho-social support to clients and their networks, with a focus on both NDIS participants and private clients.

Dynamic Intervention: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and deliver one-on-one therapy.

Collaborative Impact: Engage with stakeholders, lead training sessions, and contribute to Care Team Meetings within a compassionate, multidisciplinary team.

Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing professional development, regular supervision, and team catch-ups to enhance your skills and career trajectory.

**What We’re Looking For**

Qualification: Hold an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID. **However, if you are not registered, we can offer you the pathway and assist you through the process.**

Experience: We are looking for over three to five years’ experience in the mental health/disability sector. Experience or a strong interest in Positive Behaviour Support and working with NDIS participants.

Skills: Exceptional communication, report-writing, and time-management abilities. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements: Valid Australian Driver’s License, WWC Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Infection Control Training.
