**About the role**
Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Services, the Executive Coordinator, leads and manages a small team responsible for supporting the Executive Director and Directors in the effective operations of Corporate Services Division, including planning and reporting, coordination within Corporate Services, across EPA and external stakeholders; and the provision of general advice, project management and high level and quality administrative support. You will work across the division and EPA to ensure corporate and other organisational plans, policies, procedures, programs and other requirements are met in an efficient and effective way, aligned to EPA's strategic and annual plans.
**Duties**
- Drive planning and reporting for the Corporate Services Division, ensuring consistency with organisational requirements.
- Plan, oversight and deliver the provision of executive assistance, policy advice and project management support to the Executive Director and Directors in the division.
- Lead the provision of general administrative support across Corporate Services Division
- Take a problem-solving approach to work, with a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring a one-EPA approach to delivering priority outcomes for the organisation
**Skills and experience**
- Proven record of achievement in a senior coordination, policy, business advisory or program role, demonstrating contribution to high business performance and a positive organisational culture.
- Executive coordination skills - utilising high levels of negotiation and influence to ensure executives and management deliver high quality coordinated work to meet priority deadlines.
- Advanced management skills and demonstrated capability to plan, monitor and deliver multiple concurrent projects / programs, including risk identification and management, budget development and management
- Demonstrated focus on accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence, and transparency.
- A proven record of achievement in a similar role which contributes to organisational excellence, high standards of performance and a positive organisational culture.
