Senior Executive Coordinator

The Chief of Staff to the Managing Director serves as a strategic partner, driving the operational agenda across the ANZ Market Unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the Managing Director.
  • Lead and/or coordinate activities across functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee internal and external engagement planning for the Managing Director.
  • Manage senior-level executive visits and accelerate sales and adoption opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with leadership teams and peers across offices.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy execution, planning, project management, business development, or marketing/event management.
  • Proven success in delivering cross-functional programs and executive-level initiatives within large organisations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with experience developing executive-level content.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and how they adapt across markets and segments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex organisation with high organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and maturity in handling confidential information.
  • Skilled at building trust-based relationships and driving outcomes through influence and collaboration.
