Our client is a prestige luxury retailer nearly 200 years in history, with AU office located in Sydney CBD. Now they are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join the head office, reports to managing director. If you have related experience and enthusiast in growing retail operations excellence, your dream job is here

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive all KPIs and work with all stores to increase sales in AU, manage your P&L within the allocated budget to ensure profitable performance.
- Ensure managers are informed of business activities, operations needs and their required involvement by effectively communicating business objectives to them.
- Work closely with managers to send frequent reports to head office so that any problems that could be affecting weak sales performance are known.
- Create action plans in close collaboration with management.
- Closely collaborate with stores on visual merchandising, making sure that all stores adhere to VM Guidelines.
- Take part in and lead the CRM programme throughout all stores and make sure that customer loyalty and retention are daily priorities for all employees.
- Collaborate with HR & Retail Operations on the staffing plan, including issues such as recruitment, retention, compensation, etc.
- Collaborate with the boutique managers to establish a welcoming and encouraging work atmosphere in each boutique that continues the positive culture, consistent employee retention, and an uptick in sales.
- Work with the stores to assess efficient rostering, control employee leave, and guarantee FTE budgets are met.
