We’re based in Wetherill Park, with installation work across Greater Sydney. This role offers a great mix of factory work and onsite installations, so no two days are the same

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a part time window furnishings technician. Your time will be split between working in the factory manufacturing products, and heading out to customer sites to install, repair, or service them.

If you like practical, hands on work, value neat and precise results, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect fit.

There’s also potential for this role to become full time for the right person

**What You’ll Do**
- Manufacture, assemble, and quality check blinds and related products in our Wetherill Park workshop
- Install, repair, and service a variety of window furnishing products across Greater Sydney
- Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly
- Work independently at times, and with a small, reliable team when needed
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism in all tasks

**What We’re Looking For**
- Reliable, consistent, and detail oriented
- Comfortable working with tools and measurements
- Takes pride in doing a job right, not just fast
- Positive, polite, and professional in customers’ homes and workplaces
- Experience in blinds, construction, or manufacturing is a bonus, but we’ll provide full training
