**The Role**:
As the newly appointed Product Manager, you’ll be a membership stream lead with a focus on moving the needle and delivering on business objectives. Your remit will entail re-imagining amazing new user and member experiences on Compare Club, leveraging data to influence user behaviour, and building a platform that engages its members.

**Responsibilities**:
The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in evolving the Compare Club member experience in the following ways:

- Supporting the Memberships roadmap and release plan for your stream.
- Maintain and work towards OKR’s set for your stream.
- Collaborate with UX, business stakeholders and engineering to develop a product vision for members.
- Understand and communicate benefit of initiatives within your stream.
- Create and align experiences to form part of the Compare Club product architecture.
- Run all stream operational meetings such as Kick-offs, Showcases, Retros and Roadmap.
- Conduct regular market scans of competitor and contemporary digital businesses.
- Actively monitor and report on performance of key metrics that measure the health of the product.
- Own and report on appropriate risks and compliance issues.
- Develop great stakeholder relationships across the business and maintain an understanding of their current plans.

**About You**:
Being comfortable working within a fluid environment and at the pace we will be moving at requires someone who can quickly, calmly, and concisely provide the wider team and business with clear and precise direction.

We’re looking for someone with the following traits and/or experience:

- 2+ years of Product Development, Product Management, or equivalent experience
- You’re a great communicator and can collaborate with design, data, engineering and marketing throughout Product Discovery, Ideation, MVP, Launch & Enhancement
- Knows how to prioritise competing initiatives
- Is always thinking about the customer experience
- Experience managing datasets, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Can define initiatives according to customer need, business problems, outcomes, and core capabilities
- Has proven expertise in the development of new concepts and high-level technical solution design
- Can break down complex problems into easy-to-understand initiatives
- Full working rights in Australia
