Administration Assistant to Head of School - 9am to 3.30pm - 6 week role - Inner Eastern Suburbs

**Your new role**

Due to impending long service leave, they require an experience Administration Assistant to support their English and Drama Departments on a daily basis.

This role will commence on Monday the 4th of August until the 15th of September inclusive

Hours are 9am to 3.30pm daily

Main duties will include:

- Providing daily support to the Head of Department
- Update all student results onto the database
- Collating results and preparing reports
- Organising events
- Booking appointments
- General administration support
- High level Excel skills required

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have ideally worked within the Education sector previously, within an administration role. You will have a strong level of Excel and demonstrate outstanding attention to detail in your daily duties. Comfortable with data, you will have the ability to compile reports with ease and adapt to new systems. Your flexibility and ability to communicate at all levels are essential for your success in this role. You will also have a current Working with Children’s Check
