**About the role**

If you enjoy engaging with people and have a flair for positively influencing an outcome (and love ice cream), then this Customer Service Officer (CSO) role is for you

As a CSO, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to a variety of valued SEQ Ice Cream Customers. The role involves calling an already established client base (no cold calling) to take their favourite ice cream order You’re engaging and energetic phone manner will be key in positively influencing customer orders, promoting ice cream brands, whilst proudly representing SEQ Ice Cream.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete assigned outbound call queue in the time required achieving sales and KPI
targets
- Build Relationships with customers and contribute to the growth of existing customer
sales
- Accurate data entry of sales orders in CRM platform
- Assist Customers with their ordering by providing brand information, promotional
detail
- Maintaining and update customer details within the system
- Fielding inbound calls and product enquiries.

**Key Skills**
- Strong customer service attitude, and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Attention to detail
- A “nothing is too difficult” approach
- Can do attitude
- Experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role (not essential)
- Ability to recognise opportunities to grow sales
- Ability to multitask and prioritise when necessary
