**About the role**

To support our ongoing operations and ensure optimal performance, UGL are seeking a skilled **Ops Readiness Planner** to join our team in Perth CBD. This role will commence ASAP, on a casual basis for an estimated 3-month duration (strong possibility for extension). You will be a local Perth, WA resident and work a 5/2 roster.

**Key responsibility areas**:

- Coordinate with planning and site team to ensure smooth execution of activities
- Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules using Computerised Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS).
- Coordinate and plan maintenance activities to ensure mínimal disruption to plant operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to align maintenance schedules with production goals.
- Utilize SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to develop and maintain schedules.
- Monitor and report on the progress of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints.
- Provide detailed and clear communication to all stakeholders regarding maintenance plans and activities.
- Prioritize safety and technical integrity in all scheduling activities.

Qualifications:

- Trade qualification in Mechanical, or equivalent.
- Proficient in the use of Computerised Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS).
- Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project (e.g., P6).
- Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience in a hydrocarbon facility or related industry workplace.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget management.
