A high-profile end user client organization with a significant budget for project spend have retained us to search and select an in-house client-side Project Planner for their Project Controls team. This Perth based operation has a budget of $209m to roll out across a Program of Works over a, concept to completion, 5 year period.

The client-side Project Planner will have input on the entire Program of Works from a portfolio oversight view, providing you with a great diverse range of project exposure WA wide. Projects include 265 new build projects and a number of refurbishments across their portfolio of over 50 000 assets. This is a self-managing, autonomous role, monitoring and tracking the project programs and reporting on the entire portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a business of 250 staff and within a project controls team of 6 staff where work-life balance is encouraged, often enforced They operate flexible working hours, a 7.5 hour day and 2 days Working From Home per week.

Criteria for the client-side Project Planner:

- 5+ years commercial building, residential or civil infrastructure experience
- 5+ years experience as a Project Planner, Planning Consultant, Scheduler or similar
- Up and coming Planning Engineers who are ready to step up are also encouraged to apply
- MS Project and Excel experience in planning / programming
- The right to work in Australia
- Perth based or enroute

Salary guide: $142 - 152k package (commensurate with experience)

Note: this role starts off as a 12 month contract, renewable up to 5 years (the Program of Works duration)
