**About the role**
Are you ready to make an impact? Join our Perth team as a terminal planner where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient terminal operations. Your focus will be on developing and executing operational plans to maximise infrastructure and resources while delivering top-tier service
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and coordinating train loading, scheduling, and rollingstock deployment
- Optimise freight movement for efficient and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth
- Ensure optimal use of assets and resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective operational solutions
- Please note this role requires shift work
**About you**
We’re looking for someone with strong planning and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working with stakeholders, adapting to dynamic challenges, and making a real impact, this role is for you
In addition, you will possess:
- Experience working in Supply Chain, Transport, Rail or a similar industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Computer and systems proficiency
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
