Reporting to the Operations Centre Team Manager the **Workflow Supervisor **will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Managing the workflow of the Operations Centre across multiple platforms including ignite, outlook and Manhattan.
- Managing rostering requirements in line with Operations Centre needs and in conjunction with the team managers
- Acting as an escalation point for the customer service team as required.
- Working closely with the wider leadership team in the delivery of all business and department targets and client outcomes.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in managing workflow and adjusting requirements as and when required.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management System knowledge (CMMS).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well - organised and methodical manner.
- Confidence to take independent decisions but with judgement to take advice when required.
- Honest and ethical.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and deal effectively with people at varying levels within own and client organisation.
- Demonstrate ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated drive and commitment to continuous improvement and a commitment to high quality service delivery.

**Essential**
- Three years relevant call centre experience.
- _Desirable: _Certificate IV or higher in Customer Service or other relevant discipline.
