**About Us**:
Slade Health is a national sterile compounding service provider with TGA accredited manufacturing facilities based in South Australia, Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Auckland, New Zealand. At Slade Health, we produce aseptically compounded pharmaceutical products such as chemotherapy drugs, total parental nutrition, antibiotics and analgesics.

**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced employee to increase our leadership team in our facility in Woodville (Adelaide). This role operates in a full-time capacity and reports directly to the Site Production Manager.

There will be an expectation of some weekend work throughout the year and overtime when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the compounding facility is maintained and utilised according to SOP’s and GMP requirements.
- Provide exceptional service to our customers by planning/facilitating workflow to ensure that order timeframes and customer service expectations are met.
- Drive the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by communicating clear performance expectations, developing and supporting the achievement of company, site or team goals.
- Develop performance objectives and individual career plans and monitor performance objectives on a regular and timely basis.
- Regularly coach and appraise performance of staff members to achieve maximum performance.
- Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement to increase product quality, safety, customer service and employee engagement.
- Identify on-going training needs across an expanding team.
- Communicate departments goals and objectives to the team.
- Collaborate and coordinate efficiently with other functions of the business.
- Work in teams to implement a range of initiatives, focused on production plans, rosters, cost reductions, process mapping and continuous improvements plans.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Demonstrated record of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar or relevant role.
- Solid understanding of TGA and GMP compliance.
- At least 2-years previous experience in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience in developing, coaching, and managing teams in excess of 10 people.
- Highly organised and able to successfully manage a large agile team.
- High degree of energy, initiative, motivation, commitment, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Lean, Kaizen and 5S training is highly desired but not required.
