We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.

Current task details are as below: Elizabeth Way, Elizabeth SA 5112

**In-dept description of issue/task**:

- High level cable cleanup.
- New CCTV HardDisk shipped to store and need to replace the hard disk in UNV.
- Engineer on site must ensure NVR is setup with hard disk and connected to the Meraki.
- Ensure CCTV monitor screen does not display popup login screen.
- Password for monitor: Please get password from IT.
- Engineer on site to enter password using mouse and virtual keyboard.

**The tech will require the following**:

- Cat 5/6 cable tester
- Spade screwdrivers
- Phillips head screwdrivers
- Knife (box cutter or similar)
- Dymo label maker
- Dymo paper labels (12mm x 4m refills)
- Cable Ties (zip ties or similar)

**Other Ad hoc/Dispatch - Requirement**:

- Exp in handling desktop/network issues/CCTV installation
- Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
- Install patches
- Software and Hardware Break Fix
- Basics of Wi-fi
- Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
- Install and administer MS Office
- Business English with local language

**Standard Tools Engineers need to Carry While going to site**:

- Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
- Cisco Console cable (DB9 - Rj45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB convertor used, make sure drivers are properly installed
- Laptop should have the following program/software installed:

- Putty
- Team Viewer
- TFTP server
- Screw Driver Set
- Internet data Card
- TECH MUSH HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX

Note: This is on call basis for dispatch/adhoc projects and the scope of work varies from client to client. Above mentioned is the general JD.
