**The Company**
Escavox is a high-growth Tech start up focused on helping food supply chains to deliver fresher, longer-lasting fresh food to consumers. We do this through a combination of hardware, software and analytics to provide timely and insightful data to farmers and retailers.
We’re growing, and so Escavox is looking for a passionate, resilient, and customer-centric team member to become our newest **Graduate Customer Success Manager** to deliver impeccable service alongside our Customer Success team.
We want to help you grow in this role, so full training will be provided in all aspects of the job. Just bring along your enthusiasm to learn and a motivated attitude
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Upon starting this role, you will work alongside a Senior Customer Success Manager, to learn how to manage accounts and maintain positive business relationships with your customers.
- You’ll be onboarding new customers and making sure customers have the best introduction experience
- Taking on your own customers, increasing in complexity as you work towards becoming a Senior Account Manager, working closely with others within our Customer Success Team and alongside our product developers
- Proactively supporting customers on the Escavox Platform and reviewing customer data and reporting on trends and key issues
- Based on feedback, providing input into new product features, testing new features and new functionality
- Opportunities outside of the day-to-day include visiting customers on farm; some marketing and comms, being involved in projects with CSIRO, Industry and government bodies; attending industry events
**About you**:
- You are proactive, self-sufficient and enthusiastic; you enjoy varied work - there are many hats to wear at Escavox
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment where everyone pitches in
- You have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You are confident in talking with customers as well as internal teams
- You have a professional, can-do attitude and an aptitude for problem-solving
- You have a passion for agriculture, food and reducing waste
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint would be useful
- Happy to undertake some domestic travel for customer visits
