This is working for a leading healthcare management provider. Their goal is to connect healthcare leaders nationwide in order to grow their network with both the healthcare industries and service providers.

The role is working as part of a positive, very active, and supportive team working in their People and Organisational Team. This team is responsible for general HR compliance and reporting as well as the whole of business improvement projects.

**About the role**:
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team. This role is suitable for a driven and resilient individual looking to improve their generalist skills along with supporting a number of exciting projects.

**Some of the key responsibilities**:

- Daily HR support to Practice Principals and managers
- Assisting with HR projects
- Manage HR system requests, construct and deliver recommendations to guarantee a well-established and efficient system
- Stay on top of industry innovation and legislative changes
- Administration support
- End-to-end employee document control

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar position and knowledge of legislation
- Self-driven with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstratable relationship management experience
