ustomer Service Manager duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
**Train and mentor existing client experience officer/s to ensure they all become effective in their roles.**

**Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers and industry partners to facilitate organicgrowth.**

**Delegate certain customer enquiries to specific teams and officers.**

**Enhancing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations andaccount management services provided.**

**Providing direction and feedback to all local customer service team members.**

**Assist in recruiting, mentoring and developing client experience officers and nurture an environmentwhere they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.**

**Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer and account management services.**

**Planning and implementing after-sales services to enhance customer and partner satisfaction, ensureperformance of services acquired, and modify and improve customer and account managementservices provided.**

**Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond tocustomer expectations.**

**Assist other arms of business such as Ausphin Institute with other ad-hoc projects where required e.g.running social media marketing campaigns and generating sales to attract more local clients.**

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
