**About the Role**: The successful applicant will be a highly organised and efficient team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and promote the school in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited too;
- Manage the school events schedule, coordinating special events such as Award Ceremonies, Graduation, and Open Days.
- Plan and deliver creative strategies for events and enrolment campaigns by consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with management to implement and update the marketing portfolio, including the school magazine, newsletters, and sponsorship agreements.
- Identify and cultivate sponsorship opportunities, developing and maintaining positive relationships with sponsors.
- Foster strong relationships with staff and students, ensuring positive outcomes through communication and collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and industry groups to promote the school and enhance its visibility.
- Organise community-focused events with the P&C Association, including International Women's Day Breakfast, Mother's Day, and Father's Day celebrations.
- Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of marketing resources and equipment, adhering to government guidelines and departmental policies.
- Draft, write, edit, and publish communications, including newsletters, brochures, school magazines, flyers, and prospectuses.
- Lead the coordination of annual school photography for staff, students, and facilities.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of communication strategies using a range of media to promote the school.
- Ensure all digital marketing content meets quality standards and aligns with the school's visual identity guidelines.
