Our Client: a leading provider of training solutions are seeking a superstar administrator to join their team in Perth's Northern suburbs. This position will be initially for around 6 months with the potential to become permanent for the right fit within their team.

Working hours: Monday - Friday - Full time hours

Start date: ASAP

Location: Malaga, WA

Duration: Temp to perm opportunity

Pay rate: Approx. $35ph + Super

**The Role**
- Be the first point of call for clients and respond to client enquiries, such as information on services and scheduled courses and assessments.
- Schedule, record and report training and assessment activities using the internal Training Management System
- Working closely with the organizations customers to coordinating training courses
- Establish positive relationships with clients and ensure these relationships are well managed through ongoing contact with clients.
- Regular maintenance and reporting on training metrics, records and registers
- Work closely with Administration Coordinator, internal team members and contractors to ensure systems and procedures are consistently and correctly applied to meet client expectations and RTO standards.
- Maintenance of all training records and licenses on internal database
- Manage issues or complaints with clients within your level of authority and facilitate resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
- Other duties as needed or required

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 6 months experience in an administration or high-volume data entry role
- Certificate IV in Training & assessment will be highly regarded
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly and develop skills - will be required to learn to navigate in house systems
- Professional client etiquette and outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently when required
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment with excellent verbal communication skills (asking, requesting, explaining, listening)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organised
