**We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer - Suppliers to join our wonderful finance team at our Artarmon Head Office on a 15-month maternity leave contract.**

**Responsibilities**

Log, process and pay supplier invoices and complete supplier reconciliations. Provide an excellent Account Payable function ensuring all accountabilities are performed in an accurate and timely manner working collaboratively and effectively within the wider Finance team.
- Log PDF Invoices into Cheops C3
- Payment Runs (PDF & ISL) Combined
- Bank detail updates
- Communicate with the business in relation to accounts payable matters.
- Reconcile Supplier Statements
- New Account set ups
- From time to time there may be ad-hoc requirements within the finance team or from the wider business that may need your assistance
- Online Council or Supplier Credit Card Payments
- Early Trade Payments

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in full function accounts payable, including reconciliations. Cheops an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work alone
- Excellent medium and long term planning skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Can develop and implement problem solving strategies.
- Ability to manage and maintain a high level of energy.
- High level of motivation with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Can demonstrate calm resilience in the face of difficulties.
