**Your Impact**

Due to our continued significant growth, we are on the lookout for an NPD Technical Specialist to join our team. You will be an integral part of our organisation responsible for providing guidance and project management for a number of NPD initiatives requiring execution by the Capital team. You will manage this process from ideation phase through to execution and everything in between, before managing the handover to the wider capital team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Providing technical guidance and support to commercial and portfolio teams
- Assess and provide feedback on project feasibility through developing capability or modification of existing capability
- Providing timelines and capital and once off cost requirements for NPD initiatives at the initial stages
- Lead post project reviews and drive the continual improvement of Capital NPD execution
- Delivery of NPD projects as agreed
- Collate, review and present status reporting on capital execution for NPD to PMO and commercial teams
- Develop business cases including costs, benefits and alignment to business objectives
- Project Management - including stakeholder management, risk reporting, cost and scope management in line with capital team processes and procedures
- Completion of projects within cost, time and scope framework with no safety or quality incidents
- Develop internal handover documentation for the wider capital team
- Maintain pipeline of future / potential future NPD Capital Projects for resource planning and support NPD Capital Planning

**About You**
- Strong relationship and project management capabilities
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a relevant discipline (engineering/mechanical fitter), or equivalent relevant experience, and have relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong facilitation and problem solving skills
- Strong change management ability
- Knowledge of business operations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience with capital projects $150k to $3m
