**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and drive alignment, efficiency, and insights across the full revenue funnel. In this role, you'll support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by optimising processes, managing systems, and providing data-driven insights to ensure predictable growth. You will be a strategic partner, focused on improving cross-functional collaboration, pipeline management and performance visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, document, and improve end-to-end processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive efficiency.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the revenue funnel to ensure seamless handoffs and faster deal cycles.
- Implement playbooks to standardise best practices for scalable growth.
- Administer and Oversee the management and optimisation of revenue tools (CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms, etc.).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate and maintain data consistency across platforms.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key metrics, such as pipeline health, conversion rates and churn
- Analyse revenue performance trends and provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Be a strategic advisor using data to support revenue strategies and decision-making.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to share progress and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Help implement frameworks for account segmentation, customer retention strategies, upsell/cross-sell initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in building reports, dashboards and forecasting models.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS revenue lifecycle, including lead generation, sales processes and customer success metrics.
- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, compensation plans and customer segmentation strategies.
