Your role will include, but not limited to:
- Uncovering and defining opportunities and solutions that provide value to all stakeholders involved
- Leading projects including scoping to deliver customer experience insights and solutions, including pilots and proof of concepts to ensure products and services are designed to meet customer needs
- Producing customer journey maps, experience maps, service design blueprints and other CX design assets
- Using collaborative ideation techniques to create wireframes from low to high fidelity
- Collaborating with process specialists to integrate CX and process design into solutions
- Working with the Digital & UX/UI team to drive customer experience outcomes to design features, end-to-end
Ideally you have proven skills:
- 3+ years experience in a CX role, across web and apps
- Built customer journey maps and service design blueprints
- Strong experience in driving excellence in customer-centric experience and Human Centred Design, or related fields
- Practical experience in customer research, prototyping and testing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to articulate design intent and insights effectively
