We are building nothing less than _the best disability support team in Adelaide, _ranging from the Fleurieu Peninsula to the CBD and occasionally out further. The continuing expansion of Heartfelt Support will give exceptional people the chance to be a vital part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to equity and capability building for our clients. In particular, right now, we are looking for an energetic and sociable lawnmower/gardener to join our outdoor team to work with clients in the Morphett Vale and Marion areas, in Adelaide's Southern Suburbs.

We'll pay above award, of course, but what we really hope to inspire you with is:

So, what's the job?

Well, it's mowing lawns and doing some gardening.

Everyone deserves to live in a nice environment, but some people don't have the capability. Here's your chance to help those people. You'll get to meet some lovely people and help them to make their home surrounds a nicer place.

You would start hours with 12 hours per week available, but with a month or two we expect to be able to offer as near to full time as you are interested in.

You'll need a reliable car and a driver's license, with a towball and experience pulling a 6x4 trailer (unless you have a ute, that will also work)

You also need to have great customer service skills.

We'll provide gardening equipment, safety equipment and a trailer.

The big question:
Can you make this fun? Can you be someone a client looks forward to having at their house? We pride ourselves on never being boring (a cover letter is a great way to convince us about this)

Worth Noting:
If you already own a gardening round and are just looking for more work, we do have contractors already and we would consider adding another.
