Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing planting, hedging, trimming, and general garden maintenance.
  • Maintaining plant health, including fertilisation, mulching, and disease prevention.
  • Mowing lawns using various tools, including push-on lawnmowers and ride-on mowers.
  • Weed management and debris clearing.
  • Ensuring garden equipment and tools are well-maintained.
  • Monitoring and managing irrigation systems.
  • Garden projects laying pavers, building small retaining walls and other related landscaping jobs.
  • Be able to work in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Senior team members provide guidance and training to junior gardeners.
  • Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and knows their way around garden tools and equipment.

NOTE: This is a casual position that has the potential to transition into full-time employment, offering career growth and salary advancement opportunities for the right candidate. It is essential that you have a current NSW recognised Full Driver's License and is confident driving between jobs.
