**The company**:
- This role will be fixed term finishing on _**_31_**_ _**_December 2025 _**_potentially to be extended._
**About this opportunity**:
- Ensure that all timesheets are accurately calculated and processed in a timely manner
- Coordinate Service Fault Desk works as per Contract KPls
- Service/Project Administration and other duties as required
**How you will do it**:
- Technician Timesheet calculation, reconciliation, and entry to PRONTO
- Service Fault Desk co-ordination of works as required as per Contract KPI/KRA's
- Service Administration, including claim and invoicing submission to customers and invoicing
- Project Administration including job setup, invoicing and CTC entry to PRONTO
- Accounts Payable coding
- Purchasing and receipting as required
- Stock Transfer processing in PRONTO
- Maintain Call Out Roster
- Protect Monthly returns
- Maintain Licenses and qualifications register
- Uniforms and PPE orders as required
- Stationary replenishment
- Offsite archiving as required
- Assist and develop and implement common administrative processes
- Other duties when required as directed by Line Manager
**What we look for**:
- Similar experience in an Administration role
- Service / Project and/or Payroll environment an advantage
- Understanding of Victorian ETU Award and EBA an advantage
- Understanding of Contract Administration an advantage
- Intermediate level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- PRONTO, Salesforce & Confirm software an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast pace, high volume environment and under pressure
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
