**About the Role**
Your organisational skills, problem-solving, eye for detail and love of people will all be put to good use by a variety of potential tasks including:
- Administration such as arranging appointments, obtaining quotes, finding suppliers and travel planning.
- Researching products and/or services.
- Personal shopping from groceries to gifts.
- Providing transport to various activities and/or appointments, for all ages.
- Home Services such as waiting for tradespeople or pet care.
- Event planning - birthdays, weddings and parties.
- Office assistance.
- Your love of completing To-do lists.

**About You**
You are self-motivated, adaptable, flexible and possess:
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A can-do attitude with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong customer service focus with an emphasis on quality.
- The ability to manage and change priorities with a smile.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite or similar.
You can provide a:
- Current full driver's licence.
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to provide before commencing)
- Current Police Check (or willing to provide before commencing)
Whilst not mandatory, a First Aid Certificate and previous experience working with seniors or in-home care will be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
