**About The Company**
This progressive, highly respected and leading global FMCG manufacturing organization is a division of a multinational group and is renowned for its innovation and quality marketing of a high range of products worldwide.
- Due to ongoing project work, our client is now seeking an experienced
- **Document Controller/Administrator** to be responsible for the management and organisation of all project document control and administration tasks within the capital engineering group.**About the role**
Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, key duties include:
- Coordinate & distribute project engineering documents to key internal project stakeholders.
- Upload documents to document management system.
- Route documents & check approvals.
- Liaise with a wide array of key stakeholders & ensure documents are received & electronically filed.
- Provide administrative support such as invoicing, correspondence with accounts payable, filing & general admin for auditing purposes.
- Effectively liaise with all internal and external key stakeholders on the project.
**About You**
- Previous project document control experience within an engineering project environment.
- Document control systems experience working with various software such as SAP etc.
- Sound Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel.
- Strong administrative & organisational skills with a sound attention to detail.
- Well developed interpersonal & communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.
