**Are you a skilled and passionate Bid Manager looking to make an impact?**
We’re looking for a Bid Manager to join our close-knit and highly collaborative Client Engagement team to help support Proximity’s significant growth trajectory. Working closely with our National Leads and Practice Managers, the Bid Manager develops client proposals, bid responses, tender submissions, and other business development materials. They also ensure data integrity within Proximity’s practice management system around Proximity’s pipeline, and to support our broader reporting requirements.
You will use your personal drive, and exceptional writing, coordination, and organisational skills to support Proximity’s bid writing efforts. You will have strong IT skills (including using the full Microsoft suite and ideally experience with Salesforce) and the curiosity to explore systems, suggest improvements and work with Proximity’s technical team to ensure best practice.

You will have:
- Proven experience in bid writing, tender preparation, and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective project management skills for bid progress management
- Proficiency in using practice management systems and maintaining data integrity (Salesforce experience desirable).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, senior leaders, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and requirements is desirable.
