What we are looking for:
A positive and energetic individual who enjoys and has experience in customer service. An individual that enjoys resolving issues, shows initiative, absorbs information quick, can handle tasks under pressure, resilient and absolutely loves making a customers day

Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking for someone who can deliver on the above, has experience within fast-moving, scaling organisations and who can:

- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical customer issues; if you're a fast learner and can problems solve - this will be a breeze
- Manage our support platform/database, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately entered.
- Manage incoming and outgoing product repairs, both here in HQ and with our servicing partners.
- Create/enter new and warranty spare part orders.
- Ensure customers are kept informed on the progress of their case and extremely satisfied with the outcome.
- The ability to work independently under pressure, demonstrate initiative and prioritise your workload.
- Contribute to our Internal & External knowledge bases and create help documentation and videos.
- Adhere to company SLA’s and meet your KPI’s.
- Support, contribute and help within other departments if/when needed.

What we’d like you to have:

- Experience with customer service platforms/helpdesks.
- Exceptional communication and customer care expertise.
- Emotional intelligence and empathy.
- A high level of resilience and composure.
- Logistical experience is desirable, not a must.
- Australian permanent resident.

How to apply:
The role is offered as a full-time position, Friday to Tuesday. Weekends can be worked remotely.
