We are an educational agency for international students based in Sydney CBD. As a reliable and experienced agency, we have been the official representative of many Australian Universities and institutions.

In order to expand our business, we are seeking to fluent Tagalog language speaker for Philippine market.

KeyResponsibilities;
- Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner.
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Assist for enrolment to institutions and communications relatingto enrolments.
- Advertise on SNS marketing.
- Counselling and assist to find the best institution and courseaccording client budget and their needs.

Skillsand experiences;
- Fluent Tagalog for both writing and speaking.
- Knowwell about Philippine culture.
- Excellent customer service andcommunication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to deal tactfully with confidential matters/conflicts andwith people from all sectors of the community both local and international;
- A valid visa to work in Australia.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience in Australian education market and international student recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of and experience in implementing and coordinating social media strategies and campaigns

Benefitsand perks:
Basesalary plus superannuation and incentives.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SYDNEY, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
