**Job Title**: Education Counsellor

**Job description**:As an Education Counselor at StudyLeap, Sydney, the primary focus of the role is to provide expert guidance and support to international students in their academic and career decisions, with an emphasis on facilitating their admission into reputable Australian universities, RTOs, and colleges while adhering to their GTE requirements.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Offering comprehensive counseling to international students, both onshore and offshore, on various academic and career options, including new courses or course changes
- Maintaining an active and consistent engagement with students post-enrollment to enhance retention rates
- Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date client information in the company's CRM system
- Continuously updating industry knowledge, including student visas, new courses, university updates, and international education regulations through extensive research and analysis
- Building and fostering strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including student body associations, agents, partners, and education providers
- Participating in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to engage and attract prospective clients
- Adhering to the Agent Code of Ethics and maintaining a high standard of professionalism
- Participating in product training and assessment activities as directed
- Building a referral network
- Continuously updating knowledge through self-learning and research.
- Collaborating with other consultants, team leaders, and operations managers to ensure seamless execution of processes and sales pipelines
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company's CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the field of education counselling is preferred.
- Punjabi/Hindi/Gujarati/Nepali and English speaking females are preferred
- Strong knowledge of the education system and institutions in Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time/ Part-time, 3-5 days a week 8 hours per shift
- Negotiable salary
- Sydney CBD location
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: $41,152.05 - $58,309.96 per year
