**Job recruitment**: Education Counselor/Consultant

**Position Descriptions/Duties**
- Assist clients in understanding our services and tailor solutions to meet client’s goal
- convert leads into sales and meet and exceed set targets
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to achieve a high level of client satisfaction
- Liaison internal and external parties, such as between students, parents, and education providers
- Maintain after-sale service engagement to increase retention
- Other relevant student service duties
- Tertiary Qualification with minimum Diploma or above
- Knowledge of University / college admission Requirements
- At least 1-year related working experience within Education/ Migration environment
- Ability to demonstrate sales achievement
- Having Level of problem solving and negotiation skills
- Bilingual Speakers in English and Chinese, or English Cantonese preferrable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Education & Instruction Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
