Role purpose
As part of a wider “shared service” operation between the two departments, the Technical Specialist enables the team to drive product demonstrations, change management, user adoption and training related activities.
The role is focused on efforts to maximise the opportunities brought about by the M365 technology and is part of a team that provide specialised ways of working services to the department including tailored training, facilitation of executive events and community of practices, best practice advice and configuration of corporate IT systems available to us.

**Qualifications**:
- A tertiary qualification in fields related to information technology will be highly regarded
- Microsoft Certifications across the M365 learning paths will be highly regarded
- A tertiary qualification in fields related to project or business management would be desirable.
