Our client is a wholesale automotive business headquartered in Sydney operating in multiple industries including vehicle collision repair, wholesale, mechanical workshops and trade.

The Customer Relationship Manager VIC is a new role as part of the ongoing expansion of the business. The role is such an important role as communicates with insurance companies, our clients (repairers) and our internal delivery team to create great customer outcomes.

**You will fill your day with**:
Maintaining and building client relationships, educating and looking for business opportunities.
Liaising with insurance companies and repairers, and supporting the internal customer service team problem solving and finding solutions
Proactively and positively building and maintaining value-add relationships with customers at all levels.

**To be considered for this position, you will need**:
A professional, positive and friendly demeanour;
Considerable experience in customer service roles;
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to negotiate, create solutions and maintain positive relationships;
Confidence in dealing with a diverse range of customers;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns and disputes;
Proven time management skills with the ability to coordinate and deliver on multiple priorities;
A desire to learn and embrace new opportunities;
Good computer skills, including experience in using a range of information systems
Proactivity and drive to get the work done but to also have fun

Previous Experience
Insurance industry experience, as an assessor with an understanding of automotive.
Proven experience in customer support/management
Strategy, planning & execution skills/experience
Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

The Remuneration
A salary commensurate to the role will be negotiated to take into consideration your qualifications and experience. The role comes with a fully maintained motor vehicle.
